The Grand Place in Brussels

Our story

A long view on a great city.

Who we are

Since 2000, we have built and managed our own property portfolio, developed long-term relationships, created places for people and businesses, and contributed to the social and economic fabric of Brussels.

We believe that well-managed properties can create opportunities, strengthen social cohesion and bring people and businesses together. Our buildings are home to people and organisations with local, European and international connections, reflecting the diverse and outward-looking character of Brussels.

Through long-term partnerships with local and international stakeholders, we continue to grow our portfolio — residential and commercial — and explore new opportunities for sustainable growth.

Our approach

Why the long term matters.

01

Acquire with discipline

We look for sites and buildings in Brussels where thoughtful investment can create lasting value for owners, occupants and the neighbourhood.

02

Develop with care

We work with architects and builders who share our respect for context, quality materials and buildings that age well.

03

Manage for the long term

Our own teams manage what we build — so decisions are made by people who will still be responsible for them in twenty years.

04

Contribute to the city

Residential and commercial property shapes daily life. We aim to leave every street a little better than we found it.
